Need Remedies for Swelling on Toes

Whenever I get some uncomfortable feeling about my health, I noticed that my toes have some swelling on them. Sometimes I feel feverish and sometimes heavy in my head. After a couple of days I feel alright. I do follow earth clinic remedies all the time for any health problems and I do feel alright. But for this toe swelling, I am yet to find a remedy. When I mention swelling on the toes, I find remedies for edema. Please share the remedy for toes swelling.
