I have had neuropathy for a long time. It started as a numbness behind my toes and has progressed up my calves. I have burning pain now. My Dr.has me on 400 mg. gabapentin 3 x a day. Every time it gets worse, my meds are increased. Now I'm getting near the maximum dosage I guess. I'd like something more holistic. Since I have been turned on to this site through my shingles, I desire more healthful ways of treatment.
