I'm a fan of Apple Cider Vinegar, the liquid.. I add about 2 teaspoons to 8 ounces of water a day, but I drink that about 3 times in a day. I cut dairy & sugars from my diet as the fibroids feed on these. I also take herbs that my herbalist prescribed me. They are wonderful. Hope this helps
