I came here for advice on pain relief awhile ago. Someone said google Peter Egoscue. I did and, wow! , did his exercises and am now fantastic. There are videos on utube of him, no cost to look. His book was like $9 on amaz... Best money I've spent in awhile.Replied by Mary (Tn, USA) on 07/24/2015
I experienced the same type of pain, deep in the muscle especially the largest one on the butt! Come to find out thru a knowledgeable Nurse Practioner that I was vitamin D deficiency. I faithfully took 2000mg of vitamin D3 daily. Slowly I got better and now am free from the muscle pain that also kept me from sleeping well. So get your Vit D level checked.
