My guess
You either have a tooth root grown into your sinus pocket. The roots of the upper teeth may grow into the sinus cavity, causing chronic sinusitis
or
Sinus polyps blocking the opening of the sinuses. Fluid backs up in the sinus cavity causing pressure and chronic sinusitis.
Do you have strange popping or squeaking noises coming from your sinus area?
