Need advice w weight loss and breastfeeding

Hi,

I am breastfeeding my 11mnths old child. In my first pregnancy I gained a lot of weight and I'm finding difficult to reduce the same. Weight gained during my 2nd pregnancy has reduced however. Now I weigh 85 kgs and my height is 5 feet 4 inches. I have to reduce to at least 68 kgs. I have started gettng pains in my knee and feet due to overweight.

I have heard that apple cider vinegar helps in reducing weight.

How should I intake it?

Also will it affect my child since I'm feeding him?

Is there any other means to lose weight?

I am doing yoga and stretching execrcise but my weight loss is very slow and I generally lose inches only.

Hi Vgk, All you have to do is eliminate all starches from your diet but that is going to be very difficult for you because rice is probably your staple diet. Also eliminate cabbage as that suppresses your thyroid which is responsible for your metabolism. Good luck.
