Need advice on adrenal fatigue and fibromyalgia

Posted By Leigh (Dubai, UAE) on 09/12/2014

Hi,

Could someone please give me advice. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 6 years ago. I have been through hell with the pain and depression. Recently a doctor in Dubai told me that I might have adrenal fatigue. I am extremely tired during the day but I cannot sleep at night. I am in agony in the mornings and cannot shake off the pain. I have been on codeine for the last 6 years and I really want to stop. When I bend over I am dizzy, when I straighten and I have to adjust my eyes to the sun light as it bothers. I am experiencing irregular periods and my gynea doc said that my ovaries were slightly disrupted. I have recently developed a numbness in my hands at night, don't know if this is linked. Would love to take a supplement and get off all this medication to see if it makes a difference. Appreciate if you could help me.

thanks, leigh age 41

Hi Leigh, have you tried going 100% Gluten Free? That could possibly help you with the fibromyalgia and depression.

I can't get myself to go to Dr near as much as I need to. But I'm 43 and everything you've said is all completely the same for me too. Which being at the perimenopause time doesn't help at all. Plus I havent even gotten the x-ray of my lower back as prescribed by my Dr yet. 3 yrs ago I went to health store an bought ashgwanda. Talking this now with vitamin C an a soon as I get out I'm gonna try to find B1. U should read bout that. I also have endometriosis. And doesnt it just disgust u that people just think we're lazy. Good luck hun an hope your outcome becomes a total turn around!
