Need advice for son w spastic dipelgia

My son 3 yr old with spastic dipelgia cannot walk. However he cannot talk properly; lack of balance, scissoring gait and poor apetite. When I take him out shopping, he takes that chance to scream really loud. Also hamstring muscles very tight can you pleassssse, pleasse help me? I will be most grateful for your good help. Thank you very much

Take him to a chiropractor. He needs a spinal alignment. Try to get a real chiropracter, of the old school; most of them are rip-offs now adays.
