Likely the list is so varied because there really is a variety of causes of shortness of breath. Some things may deal with many causes, but knowing the cause will perhaps make it easier to figure out the best solution for you.
If heart problems or low blood pressure could be the root problem, the cayenne/garlic may be the best...and I would add hawthorne.
If anemia is the root, Blackstrap Molasses would likely be helpful.
If you have lung disease, hydrogen peroxide in a nebulizer, or Bill Munroe's h2o2 inhalation method would be good.
If you have or have recently had infection in the lungs, colloidal silver in a nebulizer would be my first choice.
I am wondering how long you have had this problem. And have you had lung problems in the past? History or smoking or other lung irritants? Asthma?
Just some thoughts. Hoping that I or others here will be able to help you narrow down the choices to one that will help you!

Thank you for your response. That is helpful!
If it were me, I would start with hydrogen peroxide inhalation therapy or nebulizing hydrogen peroxide.

With either, you should start slowly to monitor how you are reacting to it.
I would also consider Jack's Tea. Those ingredients are all great for the lungs.
There are plenty of other things that you can try, but these should be a good place to start. You can try them and see how you do.
I hope you find relief soon. Please keep us posted on your progress!

I understand your hesitancy to try the hydrogen peroxide! I read about it for some time before I tried it with my family.
You could look in to the food grade hydrogen peroxide. It is much stronger and has to be diluted a lot more. It is 35% instead of 3% and is dangerous if used straight.
Anyway, let us know how it goes!

Someone shared a story with me yesterday that I thought I would pass on. A friend had a friend who was diagnosed with COPD. She started taking Clearnlungs. It is a blend of Chinese Herbs. I looked it up online and there are stories of people using it to find relief from shortness of breath. She has been doing great for 14 years since she started it. I don't know a lot about Chinese Herbs, but I thought I would share so you could look into it.
