For "repair", I use re-hydration (I'm often dehydrated as I drink a lot of coffee), MSM (2 tsp per 1/2 gallon of water which is about half my water intake, per day), Vitamin C (ascorbic acid powder, 1 tsp ascorbic acid and 1/4 tsp baking soda in a 12 oz glass bottle of water that I keep in the refrigerator and drink from throughout the day, until gone, VERY refreshing) and to counteract my atrocious eating habits, I drink grape juice, eat peanut butter and take approx 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper (2 large capsules).
Lately, I've been working on the psychological side which just means pulling yourself up to your full height and moving around AS IF you feel fantastic. And the results are VERY interesting. Very VERY interesting.
