Seeking Natural Remedies to Help Pharyngeal Pouch

I have a Pharyngeal Pouch. Does anyone know of any natural ways to manage it? I am too scared to have surgery since a day surgery last year required 3 further emergency admittances and me nearly dying.

I hope someone can help me.
