Father With Liver Cancer, Need to Decrease Bilirubin With Natural Cures

Posted By Ewelina (London) on 03/11/2017

I'm looking for help. My father was diagnosed with metastatic cancer that perforated and has spread to the liver, small pelvis and lungs at the end of July. My father is after 9 standard chemo and cancer has been going backwards but one of the lobes of the liver has been getting bigger.

He stopped taking chemo because the bilirubin is too high. I thought that cancer was going backwards but I've just found one that one of the lobes of the liver has been going forward and is strangulating smaller bile ducts tubes. The main bile duck is open but the problem is that smaller bile duct tubes are blocked by a tumor and therefore they can’t place a stent to prevent a backing up of bilirubin.

Doctors can’t help as bilirubin is too high (5.2 while average 0-1). They are hoping dad's bilirubin will get low enough to be confident that they can give him chemo without causing more harm than help. But none knows how to decrease the biribulin. My dad's liver is also very damaged. He has been jaundice since 3 week. My dad doesn't want to take any more chemo and we are trying natural methods.

Do you know how to decrease the bilirubin? or what is the best method to shrink liver cancer?

I'm looking forward to hear back from you,

Thank you very much,

Best wishes, Ewelina

Ewelima,

Google Dr. Burt Berkson of Las Cruses, NM interviews for his work with liver cancer. He uses alpha lipoic acid IV's, low dose Naltrexone, B complex (because ALA depletes B vitamins), selenium and milk thistle, but the ALA and LDN are the main treatments. He has had very good success with this regimen. He has many interviews and articles, and books, on the web. Best wishes.

Mt, in our parts, we decrease bilirubin (mostly in babies) with 1. ingesting lots of lemon (nursing mothers drink it and it passes to the baby). 2. Sunlight. Hospitals have a "bili-light" to simulate sunlight. 3. Some use a yellow gemstone - forgot the name - near/on the body.
