I find organic coconut oil, which is antifungal, very helpful with thrush or yeast infections. It seems to clear up in two to three days. Also Aloe Vera gel - organic and not perfumed, its very soothing and will help. I also use Milk of magnesia under my breasts where I get fungal infections especially when it's very warm, and I find with coconut oil at night and the magnesium in the day time, it soothes and also clears it up. However I'm not sure if you could use Milk of magnesia in your vagina. But you could try Espom salts bath which would sooth the area infected and keep it alkaline so not friendly to fungal growth.
I hope this helps. But you need to cut the sugar, fungus loves sugar, Read Bill Thompson ( from EC site) book " Candida: Killing You Sweetly" I think the title is. And extra magnesium and other minerals may help reduce the craving. Good luck.
