Hello, many greetings, my 18 year old daughter had blood tests to check the THS of the thyroid and came out with a level of 5 7, when the reference value is 2-4, the gynecologist prescribed levothyroxine, but I see that this drug is long-term, are there people here who use it and are there people who use alternatives? Since I would like to know if it would be good to use alternative therapies instead of medicine.

I use levo and have for 20 years. I think of it as a supplement for something my body used to make naturally, but needs assistance to make enough now.
