Dear Cglady,
The first thing I would try for a liver cyst would be castor oil packs. I have seen castor oil packs and castor oil work for several kinds of cysts. It is amazing stuff. I like to use castor oil packs overnight. It eliminated an egg sized ovarian cyst in in a week.
