Dear Cherise,
I am so sorry things have worsened and you are struggling so.
I wouldn't give up hope, though!
I still think that charcoal poultices over your lower abdomen at night could help, especially with the pain.
I have found that baking soda 1/4-1/2 teaspoon in a little water has been very helpful for pain.
Blackstrap molasses might help with the cramping.
I wonder if an exercise bike would be an option for exercise? It still will up your heartrate but might not put the stress on the pelvic organs as other exercises might?

Natural bio identical progesterone is the way to fix endometrial hyperplasia. It is caused by too much estrogen activation in the uterus lining and progesterne reverse it. Conventional doctors favors synthetic progestins like mirena over natural progesterone and they come with extreme side effects like depression, suicidal ideation and water retention. Pometrium or utrogestran ( taken vaginally) are better than other progestins for fixing this issue but they also come with severe side effects due to heavy dosage. Therefore natural progesterone trough creams or topical oil (absolute best) are a better option as you can better control dosage. Topical oil (progon Bl 4x) is the first go to as it comes with less side effects than creams. Find a good functional doctor or naturopath specialized in bio identical hormone therapy and consider stoping synthetic poisons.
