My myeloma protocol is as follows in rough order of importance: curcumin, 500mg/day; berberine, 400mg/day; boswelia extract, 250mg/day;quercetin, 500mg/day; genisten, 125mg/day; Wobenzyme, 4 tabs/day; lysine, 6-500mg/day; strontium citrate, 350 mg/day; flaxseed oil, 1400mg/day; co q 10,100 mg/day. I also add digestive enzymes after meals. The diet needs to focus on several vegetables like kale, spinach, bitter melon, carrots, beets etc and whole grains and organic sources of protein if possible.
There is much more but this is a good place to start. The key is to find ways to take the supplements that work well with your own body's condition and ability to adapt to them. Try one or two for a week, making note of what meal or time of day works best. Then add more. Much high quality water very important as well.
Best of luck.

I will be getting tested for multiple myeloma and hoping for the best, but would love to know what you are taking.Replied by Art (California) on 03/16/2022
Naomi, I would highly recommend that you visit this website run by a very nice lady named Margaret who has MM and has had it for many years and has held it at bay very well using High Dose Curcumin as her main supplement. She is constantly studying all potential supplements for MM. She keeps things simple in her explanations and is very good at simply explaining some very complicated studies that she frequently reviews and dissects on her blog. She is in Italy but is from the US and travels to the US each year to visit family here. She is fluent in Italian and English. Lots of good and useful information about MM all in one place. Here is a link to her blog : Https://margaret.healthblogs.org/ Art
