Nattokinase for a blood thinner/prevention of clots after TAVR procedure?

I just had a TAVR procedure (replacement of my aortic valve) The doctor has prescribed one baby aspirin for the rest of my life and one Plavix per day for six months. I don't really want to take these, but I need to know if something like Nattokinase will do the job of thinning my blood and preventing clots. I also take Vit D-3 daily (10,000 units) fish oil capsules ( 3x per day) and magnesium (400 mg's per day). Will these be too much if I take the nattokinase? I don't want to overdo it.

Natto Serra will do the job - thin blood and remove away. Nattokinase and Serrapeptase work together. It doesn't help to use only one of them. Google it and also see reviews on Amazon. Linus Pauling lived to 93, taking Vitamin D3 -30,000 to 50,000 iu a day, Vitamin K2 Mk4 100mcg a day and Vitamin K2 Mk7 100mcg a day. Vitamin C - 1000mg to 2000mg 3x a day, Lysine - 500mg 3x a day, N-Acetyl Cysteine - 500mg 3x a day, Niacin - 100mg to 500mg a day. Fish oil, Vitamin E natural mixed tocotrienols 400mg to 800mg a day (Healthy Origins Natural Tocomin SupraBio - healthyorigins.com) and magnesium is good. Also a good quality multivite and B Complex. A healthy diet of salad greens, vegetables, low sugar fruit, nuts, olive oil, salmon, cod, chicken and a little meat protein and some whole grains. Season food with lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper a little salt and herbs, together with the above supplements will keep you rich in good health, and your surgeon poor.

Sorry, forgot to add I always use two magnets attached to bra strap from Bio Mag as they have also been shown in blood tests to stop blood clumping.

hi! My husband had a blood clot and warfarin and other drugs took too long to dissolve it. He started nattokinase and within a few days the clot was gone. The doctors wanted him on blood thinners for the rest of his life but we switched to nattokinase (the doctors were against it), he goes for regular check ups and his blood is perfect.

I had the same operation Aortic valve replacement on 1st March. Came thro Op fine but oh the hassle over HBP. It has been high systolic for 16 years between 190+ & 280 they always freak out. So when they took it at 209 pumped me full of meds and got it down to 160, came home next morning so weak couldn't stand and passed out so Dr did a call out. Saw cardiologist few weeks later. He was frustrated and angry I had not taken the blood thinners, more or less said I had dodged a bullet. Told him I was taking Dr Mercola Lumbokinase or Nattokinase & Serrapeptase every day but to no avail as he of course doesn't really know about them. But I am fine on those take Drs one night and 2 Nat + 1 Serr the next night usually when I wake up for the loo. I do avoid the worst 'food' of all and that is oils of any kind or foods with vegetable fats listed, eat only Organic coconut oil, heaps, Olive oil and flaxseed oil. If I am going to get caught out eating worst oils like eating out or at friends I pop a couple of Sunflower lecithin capsules to hopefully keep the oils/fats in suspension so they won't adhere. Well that is what I do so best of luck, I am 81 and perfectly happy to take responsibility over my own health after reading side effects of drugs offered.

My mother was put on baby Aspirin and ended up with a 24 centermeter ulcer and internal bleeding, never allowed to touch another anti-inflammatory. Good for you searching for natural options. I have blood thickening issues, possibly due to Atrial Fibrillation so I've been using natural blood thinners for years. I find Proteolytic Enzymes help me although I have done Serrapeptasse, Natto and Seaprose-S which all help. I'm still taking Mega Zyme and Gluten Defense enzymes which really help. I recently started Vitamin D3 at 5000IU a day but this pulls calcium into the blood which causes it to thicken too if you don't get enough Vitamin K2 with it which pushes the calcium into the bones where you need it. I now have to take 200mcgs Vitamin K2 a day for the 5000IU of Vitamin D so you may find this could be thickening your blood too. I am also EMF sensitive. EMF's from wireless tech, causes red blood cells to Rouleaux (stick together so they can't move) so you're not getting oxygen through the body. Things like barefoot walking and grounding help loosen the cells so they can move again but just wanted to make you aware that tech also thickens blood.
