Nutrition w/Aplastic Anemia

My mother received a devastating diagnosis of Aplastic Anemia last week. We're waiting what seems an eternity to find out if her insurance will cover the needed medication, Promacta. My mother shared w/me that her doctor says she has low red blood cells, low white bloods cells, her platelet count is dangerously low, as is her B12 (she shared a graph of her bloodwork but I'll be honest, I don't understand it). Strangely her iron levels are normal.

She's been feeling a bit tired & occasionally out of breath. All the doctor said was to up her intake of vegetables, especially greens. I'm a very detailed person so that is not enough information for me especially since I strongly believe in the power of nutrition. I don't know which fruits and vegetables she should or SHOULDN'T be having. I've been trying to research but I'm no professional & I'm having a hard time. Everything I'm using for her is organic. I immediately purchased a plant based B complex supplement w/methylated B12. I also purchased papaya leaf extract of which she's taking 2 droppers a day. I asked her to switch out her daily morning coffee for herbal tea (tulsi, moringa, ashwagandha) & bone broth. I told her IF she felt she needed coffee, to have it, BUT after she eats & not on an empty stomach, as she was doing. After work, I'm making and taking to her house fruit/vegetable smoothies made w/kefir to which I add chlorophyll & maca. I bought her a combination of mixed nuts & dark cacao for snacking. Yesterday I made her a grain salad w/farro, kale, spinach, arugula, squash, zucchini, basil, parsley, peppers, onions, garlic. The farro was cooked in organic bone broth & only the kale, onions & garlic were cooked until soft in EVOO. The rest were raw & just softened by the heat of the farro once removed from the stove.

I'm sorry I know I'm rambling. I'm just wondering if someone can at least tell me if I'm on the right track. I feel like with a condition like hers, every day is going to count.
