Ruth-- for body moles essential OREGANO OIL worked for me. Applied undiluted with a q-tip to the moles once a day. Flakes off in 2-4 weeks depending on size of mole. Or you could use virgin coconut oil mixed with oregano for a body treatment that's less intense. Moles are a fungus, that's why hydrogen peroxide, iodine and other antiseptics work.Replied by Al Roy (Canada) on 11/01/2014
Moles are NOT fungus. Moles are clusters of melanocyte skin cells.
In any case, I also have too many moles to count, most of which have appeared within the past couple of years. Lots of good topical remedies are being shared on this page: oil of oregano, apple cider vinegar, tea tree oil, iodine, hydrogen peroxide. They all seem to work with similar efficacy. I plan to start trying them out very soon, to determine which ones will work for me. Good luck to all here with your efforts to remove the moles, or seborrheic keritoses, or skin tags, or whatever else they are.
I just know that I want them gone. They are no longer welcome on my body, so I mean to be rid of them if I can manage it.

Al Roy, if the moles appeared relatively recently, maybe you can find out what is causing them, alongside treating them topically.
