Male 36 with digestion issues

Posted By Mutiu (Abuja, Fct, Nigeria) on 09/07/2012

Hi, I am a male of 36 years, I have had a terrible problem with my digestion system for a long time, though diagnosed of Gastritis/reflux, and ulcer. My major symptons are frequent and sharp burning-like pains on my chest radiating to the back and my rib cages mostly in the day time. I also have ezcema on major parts of my body which has refused to go after so many drugs.

Recently I discovered I have a white coatings on my tongue, and I do cough constantly. This ailment had made me stop all sort of foods, hence am constantly losing weight everyday and looking lean.

I have tried the AVC/BS but with little success, also tried digestive enzymes and othe supplements, but the burning pain is still as sharp as ever. Please Ted, I need a proper advice as to how I can go about the treatment and possibly dietary advice so that I can gain some weight.

I want to appreciate the efforts of everyone on this site, please keep it up and God will reward you abundantly.

Regards, Lekan from Nigeria.

Hi Mutiu, I do understand your problems. I was going through this kind of problems before and still do little beat. This is what I did for my digestion problems. I am taking wheatgrass powder first thing in the morning and drink lots of water with that. I am also adding one spoon coconut oil with that. I also soak raisins and drink some times in the early morning or two times per day, It is very cooling for burning stomach. Try this it is very effective. Do not eat spicy food and try to relax and don't stress out. Virgin Coconut oil also I take two times per day. Hope this helps.

The other thing you have not tried is fats and cholesterol. Coconut oil, Ghee, Butter, Egg yolks. These fats contain fat soluble vitamins that are needed to digest protein. Lean meats will kill you faster than eating toxic stuff. Your gall bladder needs fats to emulsify and expend its bile on. You need to use the contents of your Gall Bladder every day, in order to keep things moving in your bladder as well as your alimentary canal.
