Seeking Assistance for Lyme Disease and Multiple Ailments

Posted By Dina (Jerusalem) on 01/10/2016

Hi,

I am at my wits end. I have lyme and very bad pain in my neck/shoulder area especially the right side.

I crave massage and touch there, and my muscles feel like rocks, however, massaging seems to aggravate the problem not solve it. The pain is driving me nuts and is unbearable. I also am so tired, I have to lay down much of the day, and i do not fall asleep during the day. My sleep at night is very poor, often takes a while to drift off, i wake at one or 2 or 3, and when i am asleep it is rarely deep sleep. Usually by 5 or 5:30 i just get up, as i get tired of just laying there.

My digestion is bad, tons of gas, bloating, acid etc, stinky poop lots of loose bowels, occas constip. Itchy anus, an external hemmeroid, a healer said my organs don't flow around, they are stuck and there is lots of inner scar tissue. My poor diges is part of what keeps me awake.

I was told by a healer that I have lots of bad bugs, ie lyme, parasites, fungus and maybe candida..

I don't eat sugar or junk food, and do eat fruit..

My scalp is very itchy, I have a vaginal infection, athletes foot and fungal toenails and my feet smell bad even right after washing..

I have neuropathy in my lower legs and feet esp the left one, and am grateful I can walk and bike, but no full sensation. My balance feels off though thank god i do not fall.

I feel a lot of anger and irritation, sometimes in recent past could not stop crying, loads of anxiety in belly, crusty itchy ears, floaters in eyes, partial hearing loss in right ear..

I take trazodone for sleep 87.5 mg and gabapentin 150 mg for mood issues, plus l-tryptophane, and deep sleep and sleep thru by gaia herbs, I have a long history of psych issues..

The worst is the pain and then exhaustion. I feel overwhelmed and have tried lots of supplements with little to no results.

Does anyone know of a really good holistic healer in boston ma area, . I prefer boston area, but western ma is possible too..

Acupuncture did not work and is painful for me, no result with pt or massage or energy work.

I am a very creative and loving person.

Please help..

Dina.

Dina, you might want to start with trying to starve out the "baddies" by eliminating fruit for a bit and concentrating on protein and veggies.

Dina, Earth Clinic is a great source to help solve your problems or at least help you. You must be willing to read and study and try different approaches. What works for one may not for another. With that being said, I have gathered from my studies, that bad bugs are often put to sleep ( In hibernation so to speak ) by bringing up ones PH balance to an alkaline state.

Sea salt and baking soda is what I would be researching for myself. Also reading and watching you tube videos as much as possible about Bad bugs and healing our bodies.

On top of the parasites, bacteria, and fungus you've likely got a food allergy. Dairy? Gluten?

Anyway, to get your digestion/gut-bacteria and bloating issues to go away, take a capsule of limonene before your evening meal. Limonene is distilled from the skins of limes and other citrus. The stuff can cure you in two or three weeks. No acid reflux, no more bloating, smooth digestion. If your tummy/intestines are feeling uneasy at bedtime, mix a capsule with an equal amount of olive or other veggie oil and take a little sip then wash it down. You can buy it from Amazon. In my experience limonene will cure just about any issue related to stomach and digestion. Works as good or better than turpentine and having it available in capsule-form is lovely. If you have food-grade limonene on hand, just mix some with an equal amount of veggie oil and take a half-teaspoon full, instead.

Lyme: I feel strongly that your weird ache-y/pain symptoms could be rather due to a food-allergy. While you drop gluten from your diet for a week, take 200 mil of magnesium citrate twice per day to calm your body and stop the reactive/allergic triggers that are giving you ache and pain-fits. Magnesium will help you relax and sleep.

Skin-itch: Add a quarter-cup of borax to your bath water. forget the showers -- soak and relax. This should stop the scalp/skin-itching -- kills mites, mold, fungus.

Fungus: The borax might slowly heal your fungus, too. But the best remedy I've found for nail-fungus (and warts) is to buy a bottle of a cheap toilet bowl cleaner that is based on weak hydrochloric acid (read the back label to ascertain). Paint the nail and don't wash it off. It might sting a bit but then die down. Do this every two or three-days. It will kill the fungus and you should see results in two weeks.

Exercise: If you walk and bike daily then that's great. If you are a late-nighter-to-bed type, I would encourage you to become one of those early-to-bed and early-to-rise types. This can make a big difference in your health.

Pharmaceutical drugs: Some of your maladies may also be generated by those drugs you're on.

Finally, if you do have Lyme, then ingesting a little borax (in an amount about the size of a cooked half-pea on the tongue then washed down) and getting it into your bloodstream might also help with that.

Hi,

is it called D-limonene, and is there a particular brand I should buy or does it not matter? How much does one take? Thanks, Dina

I will add that when trying new agents one's body is not accustomed to, one should practice timidity and go small in dosages/exposure. You are, of course, the best authority as to what your body can tolerate. Also, you should look up "herx-reaction".

It's food grade D-Limonene. I'd recommend taking one pill an hour or so before your evening meal. If for some reason you cannot handle one pill then puncture it and squeeze it into a table spoon and add an equal amount of coconut or walnut or olive oil; then sip a third or half of the TBS and wash it quickly down. It's gonna taste like your eating lemon zest. Check amazon and read the numerous reviews. If you'd rather not buy the limonene then you could also get the effect by chewing on orange or lemon skins -- do that several times a day.
