Hello Subho. I don't know if what you have is actually gynecomastia. I do know that I started to develop gynecomastia around age 13-14 and by 21, it had not gone away. I took matters into my own hands, and right away began searching for natural remedies. After much research, I came upon an herb Turmeric. And since using it, I've never turned back. Tj mate, how long have you been using turmeric and how? How much time did it take to clear your gyno?
I have ordered dim and calcium d glucarate to balance estrogen. But would like to experiment with turmeric first.
