Low Back Feels Like I Have Sunburn, But I Have Not Been in Sun

Looking for some direction here.... My lower back is feeling like it is sunburnt ... But I have not been in the sun . Sensitive to light touch but none with pressure. Clothes touching is painful but laying down on my back is not ... No rash. Pain is at the waist and below. Seems to be deeper than just the skin. Any ideas? Or anyone had this before!

May be shingles.

I have that too. I feel pain to the lightest touch on my lower back but it does not hurt to push into the muscle. Feels like a sunburn. I had it a month or so ago and it went away but now it is back. Someone said it may be a kidney infection or something. I have been drinking more soda than usual lately.

Possibly low in B vitamins, also could try alpha lipoic acid.
