Low platelet count causing heavy menstrual bleeding with clots

Hi, I want to cure my heavy bleeding problem, nowadays, after every 3-4 months I got sso heavy bleeding, that I wont be able to do any physical activity. My PCOD has been cured now, and my hd is -6.5 and platelet count is also low, so the reason behind the heavy bleeding is low platelet, I m following my diet of pomegranate juice, orange juice and aloe vera juice regularly, but nothing is helping, I'm feeling helpless,

Bleeding is so heavy that I m not to sleep properly during periods. Please help me, also I have taken ACV from American Garden company in a glass of water, next day my periods started, almost at the time of my monthly cycle.

Please guide if ACV have any side effect on platelets, as it could be the reason of my heavy bleeding that too on 4 day of the menstrual cycle. Please help, its urgent.

Hi there, try drinking less fluid and eating more food to boost platelet count. Look into Matt Stone's work, especially his ebook on Amazon called "Eat for Heat". It helped me tremendously.
