Trying To Conceive - Low Estradiol and AMH Levels

Low estradiol and borderline low amh level (Anti-Müllerian hormone)

I am trying to conceive. I would like to know can someone give me any remedies that have helped them. I am 38 and just found out, I have low estradiol levels and I have a borderline low amh level also. I want to have another baby before 40. Please help!!!!

I don't have a personal story to tell you, but I have heard some stories about two supplements that others say helped them to conceive, Guaifenesin (Mucinex), interesting isn't it, and the other is DHEA. With the Guaifenesin they just took the dosage on label for colds, However, with DHEA you should ask your doctor how much you need. Oh, and I know a few people who prayed to conceive. So pray and believe. The Lord works in interesting ways.

Ted used to suggest borax powder for hormone balancing quite often and many of his patients (both men and women) benefitted. This helped in raising fertility levels as well.

Suggestion is dissolving 1/4 teaspoon borax powder in 1 L of water and drinking it throughout the day. For women the suggested amount is 1/8 teaspoon in 1L of water. Hope this helps.
