Hello everyone, I was recently diagnosed with HPV after I visited a doctors office and it was a case of low risk HPV with genital warts on my pubic area. She prescribed Aldera to me but after reading reviews I dumped it in the garbage. I did some heavy research and came across "James Destroy Diseases". Has anyone ever heard of him before on youtube? He has a lot of views and seems to be pretty popular. He highly recommends using 100% Pure Oregano Oil externally and internally everyday for at least a month, maybe two if your case is severe. He also adds that using virgin coconut oil on the warts before applying the oregano oil (externally) is good because you won't feel the sting from the oregano oil (it gives a warm sensation).
I am a 24 year old male, I am 170 pounds and I go to the gym everyday. I spend a lot of time in the sauna, and I recently started taking some supplements such as, Vitamin B-12 complex with folic acid, immune booster from Walgreen, 1 a day Mens Vitamin (I am taking 3 instead of 1), and I am taking Fish Oil 1000. As for my diet no sugar whatsoever, I cut down on smoking (BIG TIME), and I am eating clean. Any recommendations? You guys are the experts, I just did my research.
