Hi, I have been dealing with a problem for 3 years in my lower eyelids. Every 2 or 3 months, I get what I refer to as "pimples" inside my lower eyelid. I have to pull the eyelid to see them. I have been regularly seeing an ophthalmologist for this condition. I have been on Doxycycline and Tobradex and bacitracin eye oinments for so long I'm tired of dealing with the stuff. Warm compresses every nite, washing eyelids with baby soap, OTC eye washes....nothing stops it. I usually end up waiting for the bump to develop a whitehead, (whitehead forms on the inside of the lid) then go to the doc to have him pierce it with a needle and drain. They often come back. I feel like I waste an hour day laying around with a hot rag of sock full of warm rice on my eyes.
The doc says I have Blepheritis. I'm not sure if that's an accurate diagnosis or not.
So I thought I would search for natural remedy.
The Apple Cider Vinegar posts have me intrigued, but I'm not sure if thats the way to go.
If anyone has any ideas to help, I'd greatly appreciate. I currently have to bumbs in my lower left eyelid. They feel like bb's in my lid. There are red bumps inside the lid, not yet forming a whitehead.
Anyway, I'm all ears!
