I'm looking for remedies for a hiatal hernia too! I am 34, have been on prescription Prilosec for 5+ years. It dilutes all of the acid in my stomach which is not good. But I've tried other medications and they don't stop the reflux. It is so painful and I can't sleep. I read something about digestive food enzymes, I would love suggestions on brands/types/dosages!!!

I know your pain! Years ago I had so much pain from Hiatel Hernia. I went to a Chiropractor/Kinesiologist and he helped immediately! I would recommend you do that ASAP.

You wanted digestive enzyme brands. The ones we use the most are Howard Loomis enzymes, then, Standard Process. These are sold through practitioners. Check their websites for someone near you. You have my best wishes! Good that you have a diagnosis.
