When I don't eat any carbs I feel wonderful of my energy and my mind, but if I eat any kind of carbs besides green vegetables I react. I think I have a problem with histamines. I start taking ornithine and it help me to sleep, but my liver is all the time crunching. I notice when I eat I get extremely tired, and it's difficult for me going through the day. I eat a lot of broth. And a lot of greens. I eat a lot of animal protein and fat, that is what gaps diet is. I also started doing coffee enemas. But since the deworming my poop is green. Sometimes dark yellow and since my gallbladder is not in my body I am guessing that my problem of lack of sleeping is related to my liver and high histamine. What should I do?
Another thing that happens to me is that a lot of days my mood not stable. Sometimes I am very mad, or sad but mostly mad. What is affecting my liver? Thank you!!

B: First start with Liver Support Herbs like a combination of Milk Thistle/Turmeric/Artichoke. These herbs work wonders by reducing inflammation and oxidative stress, and induce rebuilding healthy liver cells, but looks like other problems like very possibly viral hepatitis.
If you are not doing much better after using the for mentioned herbs for a few wks, do take some antiviral remedies like BHT, Chanca Piedra or St John's Wort herb. SJW herb extract is a potent antiviral as well as mood booster.
Fatty Liver is also likely by your symptoms report. To help metabolize those fats in the liver and make for energy, take a supplement of Choline/Inositol as recommended on label.
