There is nothing, other than a simple surgery, can remove lipomas. There are videos on YT how to remove small lipomas at home with a sterile scalpel. I had 2 removed from my forearm in a doctor's office, it took less than 5 min for a nurse to make a cut and lipomas popped out. They put a bandaid to close the cut. Unfortunately in a year or two almost at exact spots new lipomas showed up.Replied by Ruralady (Illinois) on 03/04/2025
Not if it's gotten very large. Go to an excellent Dermatologist in your area, call first and see if they do removal. When I was in training as a PA student one of the Primary Care offices was known to remove them. He was the only Doctor in the area who would do it so we had approx 3/week that we would do....
