Posted By Jane (Alberta) on 10/20/2016

I need help, Ultrasound shows the the muscle in my legs press on the veins and stops the return blood flow. Blood just pools. It is very painful. Dr said there is no help, said not to walk. I have been type 1 diabetic for 30 years. I have no way to make a living if I cannot walk. Please help.

Dear Jane,

Well. There may be nothing a medical doctor can do for you. But I am sure there is much you can do for yourself. How is your nutrition? Is your diabetes under control? Some herbs to look in to are cayenne pepper, butchers broom and horse chestnut. Cayenne helps circulation. The others help strengthen veins. I don't think your muscles are too strong but that your veins are too weak. While standing in one place is not great for your veins, walking usually is. You might want a second opinion about walking and your health. Serrapeptase is an enzyme that helps with circulation also. I would also massage legs at night where they hurt with castor oil. Messy, but worth it.

Whatever you try, please do some research to see if they are compatible with your diabetes and any medications you are on. Also keep reading here at earth clinic. I am sure you will find some helpful things for your situation. Many have found help here when they were getting dead ends elsewhere.
