Melatonin has shown benefit for this purpose and is discussed here :
Here is a relevant quote from the article :
' It has been shown to help normalize the circadian rhythm of blood pressure and mitigates nocturnal hypertension in hypertensive men and women receiving antihypertensive treatment. Furthermore, melatonin is shown to help to improve the left ventricular function in heart failure patients with reduced ejection fraction. '

For some reason my second reply to you got lost and instead my first reply posted twice. In any case, I forgot to mention one other supplement you may want to consider for improving left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)% and that is Astaxanthin as discussed here:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7353230/
Here is a relevant study quote :
' Following 3-month astaxanthin supplementation, dROM level decreased from 385.6 ± 82.6 U.CARR to 346.5 ± 56.9 U.CARR (p = 0.041) despite no changes in BAP and urinary 8-OHdG levels. LVEF increased from 34.1 ± 8.6% to 38.0 ± 10.0% (p = 0.031) and 6MWD increased from 393.4 ± 95.9 m to 432.8 ± 93.3 m (p = 0.023). '
