They have stuff at natural food stores called Chanca Piedra that works sometimes. One that big will not pass on its own try the above full strengh for two weeks if not out do the sonic the surgery is worse than the stone. The sonic way isn't bad you will get a bruise and it will hurt on that spot. If you do nothing your kidney could shut down and you will have to have it removed.
