Just diagnosed with thyroid nodule

This is a great site. Thank you so much. I have been through alot of stress lately. I started having terrible anxiety attacks, then uncomfortable voice weakness, heart thumping, and total pure exhaustion from just lifting a cup. Went to doctor done the TSH and said levels perfect. I said this does not help me further, he sent me to a consultant who done various checks, I even had a scan which showed a 2mm nodule. Consultant said all is fine with me. I said all is not fine please help me, I feel so unwell. He said he would send me to a Ent consultant, I said no point I know it is my thyroid (I had a half thyroidectomy 7years ago) and have the exact sypmtoms. Can someone advise me.

Hi Barbara, I had the same problems, back and forth to doctors for 10 years. Long story short, went to an ENT, had a ultro sound, found nodules, had needle biospy, this is want you need to do. Found out it was papillary thyroid cancer. Barbara, the sooner you find out the better. Most nodules are fine but please have it checked.
