I've had a rash on my torso, typically on the front but sometimes creeps onto my back for many years now, off and on. It has gotten worse this past year and doesn't go away. I always thought it was from swimming (possibly bromide or chlorine reaction but realized that its just aggravated by that. It itches occasionally. It's small, red, dry and bumpy. I also get frequent yeast infections, bouts of constipation regularly, lethargic, crave sweets and carbs, had insomnia (but was due to stress mostly) and I'm wondering if the rash is related to Candidas possibly? or other thought is it could be grovers disease? Any ideas and suggestions for remedies would be appreciated. Thanks!
