Is Atlas Profilax Effective for Migraines and Scoliosis?

Hey EC...What are your thoughts on the Atlas Profilax and is this a hoax? Would love to hear your thoughts on this and where can I find a certified practitioner. Thanks guys....I really need your input on this since I am contemplating using this for my daughter who has migraines, scoliosis.
