Intracranial Hypertension (Build-up of Pressure Around Brain)

Posted By Esther (Nyc) on 10/11/2022

Anyone have any idea about how to heal intracranial hypertension? It is clearly a hormonal disorder of some sort that definitely involves lymph. I gained a lot of weight without much diet change and got diagnosed with it after a while of having many symptoms of pain. Symptoms were also similar to Cushing which would mean it is has some pituitary gland involvement. HPA axis + gut health + Leptin/metabolic issues.

It seems important to note that all my issues started after visiting Vietnam and picking up some parasites (possibly ones in my brain). A lot of people with Lyme or the autoimmune diseases that Lyme patients often get also get intracranial hypertension. Parasites could’ve brought an underlying Lyme problem out for me but I don’t know. But anyways these are just some random tidbits of information I picked up that could apply to me. I was hoping someone had any input or advice because I’m on a medication for it that is quite toxic and I want to start a family soon.

Esther, heel lift exercise will get the lymph moving. Just stand on tippy toes, then bring your heels down, not hard. I do maybe 20 of those, a few times a day if I remember.
