What is a good ratio to nebulize 3%food grade hydrogen peroxide with .9% normal saline? I have purchased .9% saline, in 5ml vials, and I bought a bottle of food grade 3% hydrogen peroxide. I do not have a measuring syringe. I do have teaspoons. Is the ratio to nebulize: mix 1/4 tsp peroxide with 5ml saline? And then do you nebulize until the medicine cup is empty? About 4 minutes? Also, is this good for health to do daily to help prevent virus? And is it the same ratio if I have the virus, just use it 4 times per day instead of once? Or should it be a different ratio, like 1 tsp peroxide with 2 tsp saline into the medicine cup?
Many people in my town are very sick with the virus, and I am severely immune compromised, and very weak. If you have any more suggestions of what to take, exactly, for health, to prevent the virus, and what to take if I get the virus, I want to avoid the hospital, I have had no luck finding a naturopath. thank you so much!

Stephanie, yes, you can do the inhalation any time for as long as you want. But, I have no experience with nebulizers, other inhalation methods here on EC work too.
