Need Help Getting My System Back to Normal After A Mild Stroke

I can't seem to get my system back to normal.

A year ago I had a mild stroke, They put me on all kinds of prescription drugs including high blood pressure, cholesterol, Ativan for anxiety, a couple sleeping drugs. Going to different doctors I managed to get off all of them. I have been off everything about 3 months. I am on a lot of vitamins including berberine, soil based organism probiotics. D, fish oil, elderberry, ALA, Cogniaid, B6, CoQ10, magnesium zinc, iodine, superfood. The last doctor I am seeing is a naturopath. Melatonin 30 mg. to sleep, I can't seem to sleep more than 2 hours a night and I am constipated, Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Cheryl

I can help you from getting any more strokes. 1 teaspoon of A C V apple cider vinegar in a glass of water every weekday. Never on weekends, also stop all supplements as well. Those 2 days your body will use up all extra and you start over on Monday. I found for constipation that I put 1/2 spoon of Ginger powder in a glass of water at suppertime you will get relief in the morning. It is bitter but just think of the morning and drink it all.

Works everytime I use it.

This recipe is a traditional one from the Amish culture. It has been used for centuries due to its extremely beneficial properties.

Namely, this remedy is excellent for the entire body and health, but is especially effective in the case of stroke, arthritis, high blood pressure and many other diseases.

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

* 1 clove garlic (minced)

* 1 piece of fresh ginger size cloves garlic (minced)

Hi Art,

What do you want to know about my supplements? I had a blood test done about 2 months ago at my naturopath's office and she said my iron was low and my B12 was low but my folate was very high. She wasn't sure why that was. She asked me to get a supplement called liver by ancient nutrition. I got it and started taking it but my sleep got worse and I stopped taking it after 6 days. What is the best supplement to get your iron level up and B12? I don't know if I mentioned I am 72 years old and weigh barely 100 lbs. Thank you for any help you can give me.
