32oz/3-4 times a day, hold for 15 minutes. Use ONLY organic coffee. They suck at first, but nothing detoxes the liver faster. You will probably notice changes on your first enema.
For more info check out Gerson Therapy and their site, they have a book called Healing the Gerson Way. Get it and read it, goes into coffee enemas in detail.

It's also recommended that a freshly made juice or lots of water be drank 20 minutes or so before the coffee enema.

This is the only thing that has helped me, I've tried like Robyn for 10 years, with little/no improvement. Gerson Therapy is excellent, but for me personally I also needed to remove some heavy toxic metals stuck in my system. I have been taking Red Desert Clay and [a zeolite suspension] TOGETHER with the Gerson Therapy. Cliff Notes version of what I'm doing that's actually showing results:
Gerson Therapy which essentially is:
1. 13 8oz, ORGANIC, fresh, raw green and carrot juices per day, 1 an hour. This is obviously very expensive, and a lot of work, and works best with a specific type of juicer called a Norwalk (for significantly higher nutrients to stay in the juice), and the produce must be organic for several reasons, which I won't expand on here.
2. Together with a bunch of supplements that are necessary to the healing process, which are gone into in great detail in their book. You can purchase these through various places, but I have my preferred who offers all of them in the same place.
3. Coffee enemas, which are critical in detoxing the liver AND in helping the liver through the healing crisis, which is significant. If you don't want to do the organic coffee enemas, trust me, you're not sick enough. These things are AMAZING in reducing symptoms of all sorts.
I think when going through this level of toxic elimination, you might actually further hurt yourself, or at best greatly lengthen or even neutralize healing. If you're body is sick, and your liver is overwhelmed and can't eliminate the toxins it's already dealing with, how is it going to deal with an onslaught of more toxins? It needs help.
4. A very specific diet, mostly consisting of veggies. No meat obviously, and almost no dairy except for small amounts of homemade yogurt. Book is very detailed and specific on this part. With recipes, etc.
5. Red Desert Clay. This is where I feel, at least for me and 100% of all Americans, and 99% of all human beings living in "developed" countries, the Gerson Therapy falls a bit short. Possibly your body, over a great deal of time, can eventually eliminate mercury, aluminum, flouride, etc. , but some of these toxic substances die very hard, and getting rid of them isn't so easy.
It's my opinion that if you didn't have or want to spend the time and money on Gerson, you should start with the Red Desert Clay and coffee enemas at a minimum. I believe that any sufferer of fibromyalgia will see some results with this alone. Granted, at first they're not very pleasant results as metals and toxins are pulled from your body before elimination (this, in my opinion is why the coffee enemas are so critical, to help in the elimination of this junk in your body).
Anyway, it's not easy. It's expensive. And it's impossible without someone to help. Whether it be family, friends, or you hire someone to cook the meals and make the juice for drinking and coffee for enemas.
If anyone has questions or wants more details, I'm happy to help.

DO NOT USE reverse osmosis for the enemas. The colon absorbs everything and RO still has flouride in it. Even the best RO process cannot get everything out.
ONLY use distilled water for the coffee enemas.
