In pain with sciatica

Posted By Millie (Woodland Park, New Jersey, United States) on 08/31/2012

The last 6 weeks have been hell for me. I had severe sciatica pain on my front upper thigh. Went to a pain center located in a hospital. the director of the pain center first gave me an epidural and it didn't help. He then gave me a block which worked for 24 hours, so I was informed that I was a good candidate for rhystomy (burning of the nerve endings and I would be free of pain. I had 2 of them, one on left side and one on right side. I was left with more pain than before. now he gave me another epidural, which left me with a milder pain in sciatica, but still have it, I am hunched over, if I cough I feel it. Anyone that has had sciatica can appreciate what I am feeling it is an annoying type of pain. Started physical therapy too early to tell is it will help. if anyone has any suggestions what else I can do to get rid of this I would forever be grateful. millie

Millie from Woodland Park, New Jersey, Google 'pranic healing' and find a pranic healer. I had severe sciatica pain, I thought I had never experienced pain of this type before. Pranic healing resolved it for me in 3 sessions. I was amazed it could do that, coz I spent a lot of money on physical therapy and chiropracters. Please look into it, you will be amazed.

I also used lavendar essential oil and rubbed it liberally on the area of the pain and that helped too, but the pranic healing resolved the issue. Tina

Millie, you should try to find someone who can massage your trigger points - you can also help yourself, get a book called" The trigger point therapy workbook" by Clair Davies - it is a very good self help book. Good luck.
