I'm suffering from Hives more than 2 yrs and i heard about the Immunoglobin Injection, taking 1 dose of injection for every 30 days can control hives within 3-4 months. Has anyone tried?

To NREDDY from Bos: Are you on any medication that can cause the hives? Blood pressure medicines are bad for this. You can call the pharmacist for a rundown on all medicines you are taking and their potential for causing hives. You can also go on line and search them for yourself. Hives can also be caused by allergies. If this is the problem, over the counter Benadryl or its generic version Diphenhydramine Hcl should alleviate the problem. The usual adult dosage is 50 mgm about 4-6 hrs. apart 4X/day.

I am amazed that no one has mentioned stress. My daughter was diagnosed with cancer and my stress levels have been through the roof! My doctor recently prescribed me xanax, but I am still breaking out in hives! But, only at night. I wak up every moning covered in them! After my own research on the internet it turns out that hives can result from exhausted adrenals caused by stress. I meet with the doc tuesday & I am going to talk with him about everything I printed up.
