Hi Saira, Mineral deficiencies and harmone imbalance will cause irregular periods. Don't worry it will be alright soon. Homepathy is good too but you have to go to a good doctor.

Ok now the simple cure for your periods. Drink wheat grass juice both morning and in the evening. First start with 15ml in the morning and in evening. If you can tolerate increase the dose to 45 ml/day and 60ml/day.

Wheat grass juice is rich in all minerals, folic acid, zinc, amino acids. It will purify the blood and produce new blood cells. Eventually, this new blood which flows around the uterus will heal and strengthen the uterus. And slowly will regulate the mensturation. Wheat grass juice therapy will strengthen the uterus how it is for a healthy adult women.

Women who are having difficulty to conceive can also take wheat grass juice. It is a good medicine for infertility for both men and women.

For harmone imbalance, eat foods rich in Iodine. Kelp is rich in iodine and deep sea fishes are also rich in iodine. Oyster is one among them.

Chyawanprash will regularize the harmone imbalance but will take some time. You can take 1 tsp of chywanprash along with wheat grass juice.

Google to find how to make wheat grass juice.

good wish to your health. thanks

You have the symptoms of PolyCystic Ovarian Syndrome. It causes weight gain, hair in strange places, and insulin resistance and periods that come and go. Try cutting out all food with sugar and flour and drink Apple Cider Vinegar.
