Ileocecal Valve Issues and Lower Back Pain

Posted By Jessica (Wake Forest, Nc) on 06/07/2017

Very helpful information, my chiropractor suggested I take calcium which is helping with lower right abdominal pain, and bowel movements. (along with no bread, and sugar) I'm looking forward to trying to the hot packs. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced lower back pain? Mine is mostly on the left side of my lower back, want to know if its related to this issue. Thanks.

Make sure you take magnesium citrate to counteract the calcium and to prevent spasms. Everyone is low on this important supplement.
