I need guidance on hashimotos

Hi, just been reading the comments on hashi's which I have been diagnosed with 2 years ago. It seems as I'm taking levothroid around 125, my TSH goes up and down, can't get it down to normal range. I've been taking vitamins in all shapes and sizes. I tried krill oil, Co Q10, multis, fish oil, and flax, and vit C. It seems I might have had a flareup with krill and/or a lactoferrin/probiotic blend I was taking. Does krill or fish oil have iodine? I've heard don't take iodine. Taking a RAW brand multis, the RAW B helps with energy as does some brewers yeast I take.

-There is a level of uncertainty of what to take or do, I'm willing to try anything. Cant say MD docs don't care, but unless they've had it, they can't really relate to the symptoms. Does anyone know a good MD out here who treats this combining naturopath medicine or a more holistic approach?
