I have left side weakness and problem walking possible parkinsons

I suffer from imbalance while moving. Pain in left arm and I feel there is no strength on my left side, particularly in left leg which I drag sometimes. All tests like brain MRI cray bloc test done. Orthopedic. Doctor ruled out any paralysis and says everything ok.
One neuro suregon says may be having Parkinson's disease. Prescribed syndopa plus two daily.
