Hi Girish, Your kidney stone is fairly big no doubt, but olive oil and lemon mixture does help in passing the stone if you follow the procedure mentioned on this site. As far as the complications are concerned, when the stone moves from its embedded position it does pain depending on the kind of stone. So have an open mind, be prepared for bit of inconvenience, understand the procedure well and go ahead with the procedure.
