I have a small lump on testicle

Hi! I don't know if this is the right forum for my question. You see, I noticed this small lump as big as a corn kernel on the middle part of my testicles one year ago. It is not painful so I did not pay attention to it until today. Based on the information I got here in EC, prostate problems don't usually occur to men below 40. Well, I am already 40 years old. Is it time for me to get serious on this small lump? Do you know any remedies I can take to prevent prostate problems?

Also, I have read a post of an EC contributor that the cyst in the testicles might be blue balls due to inactive sex life. If I only have sex thrice a month, will I develop a cyst too? Are there any remedies aside from masturbation?

Mikocampos,

Try a tablespoon of blackstrap molasses daily.

Also 2 nettle root capsules twice a day.

Thrice a month intercourse is adequate.

I would get this evaluated by a professional if it does not improve.

I forgot that I posted a question about the small lump under my testicles years before. Thank you Hamilton for replying. Will the remedy still applicable for my case because it's been a month already that I felt pain in the area below my testicles whenever I ejaculate or try to hold back urine?

Those were the only times that I feel the pain.
