Hi Sanjoy - The Vitamin D council (www.vitamindcouncil.org/health/autism/) has been doing research on the lack of Vitamin D in autistic people and what happens when their Vitamin D levels are raised. If you do a search using the key words Vitamin D and autism, you should find some interesting articles from quite a few different sources. Good luck - I hope everything works out for your cousin.

may I suggest you watch the youtube videos that Donna Gates and Dr. Campbell have. I think they are the Bedrock and Gaps lifestyle. Children are recovering from autism, in fact Dr. Campbell says her son was diagnosed at 3 with severe autism and he is 11 or 12 and funtioning normally.... Just going by memory here, but something to explore. I know my girlfriend made MAJOR headway with probiotics (which is interesting now that I read Donna Gates stuff).
